Return & Exchange Policies:
Shipping is not refunded on returned items, and is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are given for the purchase price of eligible returned merchandise.
In interest of hygiene, we do not accept returns of, or refunds on Earrings.
We must RECEIVE the returns within 30 days of your order date.
Returned product must be in NEW Condition - unworn, undamaged, in original packing, original tag attached, etc..
Due to a high order volume and fast sell out rate we can not guarantee exchanges.
Sale Items and Accessories are FINAL SALE and can NOT be returned.
Steps to Complete a Return:
1. You MUST email firstname.lastname@example.org with return information/reason. We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact.
2. Once you receive the approval email, mail your returned item to:

3. Once items are received and reviewed, it may take up to 7-10 days for return to be processed.
It is recommended to keep your tracking number for return shipment. Southern Bliss Boutique is not responsible for any lost returns.
If the attempted return does NOT meet the above criteria, return will not be processed - and items will be returned to you, at your cost.
If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact Southern Bliss Boutique within 3 business days for further assistance. Images will be requested with an explanation of issue.
